Who are these lessons for?

Beatrix offers lessons exclusively for adult students, ranging from complete beginners to advanced players.

What else do I need to have ready for a lesson?

Before booking an appointment, please make sure you have access to the following tools for a smooth and successful online guitar lesson:
During the lesson, it’s also important that your hands are visible at all times while you play the guitar. Make sure you have enough space and good lighting to ensure this.

Do I have to know how to read sheet music?

Sheet music contains far more valuable information about the music than tabs. During the lessons, Beatrix will gradually help you understand and read sheet music, transitioning you step by step from using tabs to relying solely on sheet music.
If you’re not familiar with tabs either, that’s not a problem! Reading tabs are not considered a prerequisite for learning sheet music in any way.

I have a steel-string acoustic guitar. Will that work for the lessons?

At the beginning, it’s recommended to start with whatever equipment you already have. However, as you progress, you’ll likely feel the need to switch to a classical guitar, as it is the most suitable instrument for classical guitar repertoire and technique. Classical guitars have a wider neck and higher action than acoustic guitars, which can present some challenges, but also provide more space for the delicate movements required in classical repertoire.

How can I pay for these lessons?

After you've selected one of the available time slots, you'll be prompted to complete payment via Stripe using your Mastercard, Visa, or Google Pay. Once your payment goes through, your spot is all set.

What happens if I have to cancel a lesson?

If you have a lesson booked but decide to cancel, you are eligible for a 75% refund or a full lesson reschedule, provided you give more than 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled lesson. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.
